Our Skid Bed is as near to indestructible as a bed can get. Made specifically for the contract market, our Skid bed has design copyright folding legs.
This makes it quick to assemble and demount and a space conscious storage solution. No nuts or bolts to lose, the legs simply fold underneath the bed when not in use. When not in use, the bed can be stored away quickly & simply. This is ideal for maintenance purposes, as it folds away for temporary storage.
Our bed also has pre-drilled holes at one end to accept most standard UK headboards. You’ll also notice that the base has additional cross members. This makes an already sturdy base even stronger!
This bed frame has been tested and certified that it will take 300kg in weight, which is over 47 stone.
